1. Who is responsible

The website operator and data controller is Jaime De Manuel Romero. He decides why and how information submitted through this website is used. Contact him at jaime.demanuelromero@outlook.com.

Diego provides technical administration and support on Jaime's behalf and under his instructions. Jaime remains responsible for handling enquiries and requests concerning personal information.

Professional correspondence address: Jaime De Manuel Romero, c/o Deaquiparafuera, C/ Pintor Cabrera 22, Esc. B, 1º D, 03003 Alicante, Spain.

Jaime works with DPF Group. This website and its enquiry system are operated separately; DPF Group is not identified as the operator or data controller of this website.

2. Information collected

Fields marked as required are needed to submit the form. You may instead use the contact email or the separate booking service. Do not submit identity documents, medical records, banking details or other sensitive documents through this form.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the pathway you are asking about, arrange requested follow-up and manage the enquiry record. It is not an automatic application, admission decision or newsletter subscription.

The basis for handling a voluntarily submitted enquiry is Jaime's legitimate interest in responding to questions about his professional services and maintaining the necessary enquiry record (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to further follow-up at any time. A separate application, contract or optional marketing subscription would require its own information and appropriate legal basis; submitting this form does not enrol you in those activities.

The automation creates an internal lead score and may suggest a programme from the submitted fields. These are administrative aids. A programme enquiry is not evidence of eligibility or a promise of admission.

4. Google account data and OAuth

An authorised team member connects a Google account to n8n so the system can write enquiries to the team's selected Google spreadsheet. The workflow adds the submitted enquiry fields and internal processing information to that spreadsheet.

The Google connection is for internal administration. The contact form does not request a visitor's Google password, access to their Google account or Google authorisation. Google account authorisation is administered through n8n and Google, rather than the public contact form.

The standard n8n Sheets connection requests permission to view and edit spreadsheets, access files used with the app and view and manage Drive file metadata. These Google permissions can cover more than the spreadsheet used by this workflow. They do not mean that the public contact form accesses a visitor's Google files.

Google user data is used only to provide and support this enquiry-management function. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Jaime handles enquiries; Diego may access the information when necessary to administer or troubleshoot the system under Jaime's instructions.

The account holder can revoke access through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorised API access; it does not itself delete enquiry records already stored. Contact Jaime to request deletion of those records.

5. Storage, service providers and sharing

Enquiries pass through the self-hosted n8n automation and are written to a private Google Sheet. The site and automation are hosted on infrastructure managed by Diego. Hosting, automation execution history and Google Sheets can each hold information associated with a request.

Booking a call opens zcal, which collects the information you provide there under its own privacy notice. The website also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which creates a connection to Google. No advertising pixels or analytics trackers are included in the current website.

The categories of service providers involved are website/server hosting, Google's spreadsheet and account services, and the separate booking service when you choose to use it. Google operates services internationally, so processing may take place outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Google describes its transfer mechanisms and safeguards in its data transfer frameworks notice and Privacy Policy. These links describe Google's practices; they do not mean that DPF is responsible for this website.

If your enquiry progresses to an academy, Jaime will explain the recipient, purpose and necessary details before sharing information for that next step. Each academy's own policy governs information provided directly to it.

6. How long information is kept

Enquiry records are kept while needed to answer your question and handle the follow-up you request. After that, they should be deleted or reduced to information necessary for a justified legal or administrative record. Jaime is responsible for deciding when an enquiry is closed and instructing technical deletion where needed. You can request deletion or ask for follow-up to stop using the contact details above.

There is no fixed automatic expiry period configured for the spreadsheet enquiries. Deletion is handled manually. Workflow history and backup copies may have separate technical retention periods; a deletion request will be assessed across the systems holding the enquiry, rather than assuming that removing a spreadsheet row also removes every copy.

7. Players under 18

A parent or guardian should send an enquiry about a player under 18 using the adult's own contact details. Include only the information needed for the initial question. This site is not a platform for children to create accounts or purchase programmes independently.

If a child has submitted personal details without an adult's involvement, contact Jaime so the record can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.

8. Your choices and rights

You can contact Jaime to request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, ask for restriction or portability where applicable, or ask for follow-up to stop. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Identity checks should be limited to what is necessary to handle the request.

You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority. The rights available depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

9. Changes and contact

This notice will be updated when the processing changes, with the effective date shown on this page. Send questions to jaime.demanuelromero@outlook.com.
